Culinary Arts & Hospitality Certificate Program
520 Hours
Culinary Arts & Hospitality is one of the fastest growing industries in Delaware! Graduates of this program are qualified for positions as line cooks, prep cooks, and banquet staff.
Training includes hands-on experience in safety and sanitation, food preparation, cooking principles, menus and nutrition. There will be a 3 week (120 hour) externship off-site with a local culinary employer.
Participants are prepared for and take the Serv Safe national certification exam during training.
Classes are scheduled to begin September 2010 and again in January 2011.
