The Civil Construction Laborer Registered Apprenticeship is a two-year program that includes 316 hours of related instruction and 4,000 hours of on-the-job training with a State approved Registered Apprenticeship sponsor. The program is designed to prepare participants to enter into a career in the Civil Construction industry, where they will engage in broad range of construction-related activities. The first year of related instruction includes the Building Construction Core – Laborer and Civil Construction Laborer I courses. The final course of the program, which is offered in the second year, is Civil Construction Laborer II.
