About Frontline Supervision

Whether your field is business, education, healthcare, retail or another service industry, there are core competencies that every manager needs to succeed.

The Frontline Management certificate program provides new and aspiring first-time managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to be effective leaders in the workplace. Upon completion of this program, participants and eligible to sit for the NOCTI General Management certification exam.

NOTE: Candidates must provide documentation of secondary credential, or documentation that attainment of credential will be completed within six months of enrollment, meet with an advisor and achieve a satisfactory score on the entrance exam.

This program provides new and aspiring first-time managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to be effective leaders in the workplace.

Gain the foundation in management fundamentals, effective communication, team building, and conflict resolution to feel confident as a new supervisor or manager. Course also includes computer and budgeting classes.
