With no experience necessary, this statewide training partnership provides access to rapid training for high-demand, high-wage jobs and direct on-ramps to employment. Graduates receive advanced placement into State of Delaware Adult Registered Apprenticeship programs at  Polytech. Full tuition assistance is available to eligible applicants!

Commercial driver’s license (CDL) program participants are prepared for Class A, B and C licensing including classroom and road practice. Program graduates are ready for employment in supply chain distribution, construction and other related industries.

Logistics Operations includes warehousing and materials handling, forklift safety and operations, supply chain logistics, OSHA certifications, and much more. Program graduates are ready to work in logistics related positions in local warehouse facilities, at the Port of Wilmington, or in other shipping and receiving-related capacities.

Welding training includes basic welding skills and competencies and prepares participants to work in multiple logistics-related career areas including civil construction, warehouse/facilities maintenance, truck/bus/heavy equipment maintenance and more.

Industrial and heavy equipment maintenance training prepares participants to work on medium and heavy trucks/transit buses and heavy equipment, as well as manufacturing and industrial maintenance settings.
