Supervision and Leadership Development prepares participants for greater responsibility and to take on supervisory and management roles in their organizations. Topics include leadership fundamentals, essential computer applications, communication skills, human resources, management, operations, and basic budgeting and bookkeeping. Participants are eligible to sit for the National Occupational Competency Technical Institute (NOCTI) General Management certification exam at the conclusion of the program.
